Tell us how it all began?
Nat – Modern day love story.. met on Tinder 6 years ago. Went for a drink at Dr Rudi’s in Auckland and then a icecream before he dropped me home. I’m not sure when we knew. Something about our first date felt very familiar, like very at home.
Sam – We are a tinder success story! After we both had come out of long-term relationships, we both found ourselves on tinder with little success. Nat was the first tinder gal I went on a date with and I was infatuated from the start. Our first date was at Dr Rudis and I was waiting at the top of the escalator for her to come up, thinking she was more beautiful in person. That weekend Nat made a spontaneous trip to Hamilton to meet me at the rugby 7s with her girlfriends which was quickly followed by a second date on Waitangi day to Piha. Our lives quickly became intertwined and we spent a lot of time together for the rest of that summer.
